TRACY PEASE EDWARDS, Vice President

Meet Tracy! Tracy joined the Chastain Agency in 2013. Tracy previously worked in the home health and senior care field which led to her interest in the Medicare and health insurance world  Tracy started her career with the agency as an administrative assistant and shortly after, became a licensed agent as well, Tracy transitioned to the role of agent/office manager, she then moved to a fulltime agent position and has now stepped into the role of  Vice President. Tracy leads the Chastain Agency Teams in both Cleveland and Gainesville. Tracy specializes in Medicare, Individual Health coverage, and Supplemental products.

Tracy lives in Cleveland, Georgia and enjoys a good read but most of all spending time outdoors, both at the beach and in the mountains with her husband Kevin, their children, and grandchildren.

Laura Chastain CSA, Agent

Laura Chastain acts as an educator & consumer advocate for her clients. She has earned the designation of Certified Senior Advisor with more than 10 years' experience. She educates her clients on important insurance topics such as Medicare Options, Understanding Medicare Advantage Plans, Social Security and Long Term Care & Health Care Reform. Laura and her husband Greg have two children Chelsey & Jordan and lives in Cleveland, GA with their dogs Boss & Josie

Chelsey Hogan, Agent

Meet Chelsey Hogan! Chelsey has a degree in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of GA. She has held her insurance license since 2008. She specializes in individual health insurance, group health insurance, senior products, and all specialty lines. She and her husband, Jason, have been married since 2011. On March 24th, 2018 Chelsey and her husband Jason added their daughter to their family, Olivia Marie. They live in Cleveland, GA with their dog, Izzy!

 Brenda Stewart, Agent

Meet Brenda! Brenda is an experienced agent in Life and Health. She has had her license since 2015. Brenda’s emphasis has been on Medicare but she has also expanded to Individual Health Insurance and Supplemental lines as well. Brenda loves the great outdoors and spends a lot of time in the warmer months hiking, kayaking, camping and other outdoor adventures. Brenda currently lives in Gainesville and enjoys spending time with her family and fur babies.

KATHLEEN KRUEGER, AGENT

Kathleen is experienced in Life and Health insurance with an emphasis on Medicare. Kathleen is very active with local animal shelters and pet rescues. She is involved in other local community organizations as well around the mountains of Dahlonega where she lives with her adopted fur kids.

Peggy Johnson, Agent

Meet Peggy! Peggy Joined the Chastain Agency in 2018, with 30 plus years’ experience in Customer Service, Sales, and distribution of Electronic Components. Peggy received her Life & Health Insurance license in 2020.  Peggy says that her experience of meeting new Clients and the continuing education that she has received at the Chastain Agency has been life changing.

Peggy and her husband Tommy have been married for 32 years. Peggy enjoys cooking for their large, blended family. She also enjoys antiquing and crafting during her spare time.

Mike Campbell, Agent

Mike has 15 years' experience in the life and health insurance field. Mike specializes in Medicare, individual health, supplemental lines, and Group insurance. Mike and his wife live in Clayton Georgia and he enjoys spending time with his family.

 Michael Michaud, AGENT

Michael spent 25 years in account management and sales roles in Corporate America. Michael enjoys working with people and helping them to solve problems and achieve their goals. In 2012, he became licensed in Georgia to sell insurance and now specializes in Medicare and Under 65 individual health plans. 

Michael lives in Canton, Georgia, is married, has two sons, a daughter, and a Golden Retriever.

 Carolyn Gibson, Agent

Carolyn has 15 year's experience in the Insurance industry. Carolyn specializes in Medicare, and Property and Casualty Insurance. Carolyn is also an instructor for the Georgia pre-licensing insurance courses. She lives in Flowery Branch and enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Wendi Blackburn, Administrative assistant

Meet Wendi! Wendi Joined the Chastain Agency in 2019 as an Administrative Assistant in our Gainesville office after a change in career as a small business owner. Wendi specializes in customer service and is very knowledgeable about clients and their insurance needs. Wendi is the first person you see when you come into Gainesville office and is always willing to help!

Wendi currently lives in Gainesville and enjoys spending time with her children and husband Lance.

Karen Flores, agent

Meet Karen! Karen joined the Chastain Agency in 2020. Karen has a background in the medical field, spending the latter part of her medical career helping seniors in the Ophthalmology field. Karen is a licensed Life & Health agent specializing in Individual Health Insurance, Medicare and Supplemental lines.

Karen enjoys traveling, being outdoors and spending time with her husband David and their five boys. Karen and her family live in Cleveland, GA.

 Sydney Sinopoli, Adminstrative Assistant

Sydney joined the Chastain Agency in 2022 as an Administrative Assistant for our Cleveland office after graduating from the University of North Georgia in 2021. Sydney is currently working towards pursuing her insurance license and is looking forward to helping members in the community where she has lived her whole life. 

Sydney, her husband A.J., and their dog, Khaleesi enjoy spending their time outdoors and traveling on the weekends.

Paulina Hernandez, ADMINSTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Meet Paulina! Paulina joined the team in 2022 as an Administrative Assistant. Paulina has a background in customer service and team management. Paulina is looking forward to growing and expanding her knowledge and skill set in the Insurance world. Paulina is bilingual and works closely with the Hispanic community!

In her spare time Paulina enjoys spending time with her large family. Paulina and her boyfriend Ramon have 2 active dogs Zina and Kira.

Sherry Roberts, Agent/Office Manager - Gainesville

Meet Sherry! Sherry joined the Chastain Agency in 2020. Sherry is an agent and Gainesville office manager.  She has 39 years of experience in both the company and agency areas.  Sherry has earned two Insurance designations API21 (Associates in Personal Insurance) and CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative).  She has been licensed for 20+ years and in the insurance field for 41 years.  Sherry can help with your Medicare, individual healthcare and supplement product needs.

Sherry and her husband Ted live in Maysville, have one child Kyle, daughter-in-law LeAndra, grandchildren Caroline and Henry, and Kasper the Bichon. She enjoys spending time with family & friends and vacation road trips. 

RHINA RAMOS, AGENT/OFFICE MANAGER - CLEVELAND

Meet Rhina! Rhina joined the Chastain Agency in 2016 as an Administrative Assistant. Rhina then obtained her Insurance license in 2021. Rhina also moved into the role of Office Manager/Agent for our Cleveland office in 2021. Rhina takes pride in helping others and assisting clients in finding plans that fit their needs. Rhina is Bilingual and works closely with the Hispanic community as well. Rhina specializes in Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Medicare, and Supplemental lines.

Rhina and her wife Kasey love their pups Buckley, Luna, and Frank! In Rhina's spare time she enjoys playing guitar and listening to live music.
